Chef Raul's cooking style originated in his hometown, El Paso, TX. Being so close to the Mexican border also influenced his style and treatment of Mexican cuisine with an emphasis on mesquite-grilled steaks, seafood, and chicken. Chef Raul also specializes in preparing delectable smoked meats, such as hickory-smoked brisket and barbecued chicken basted with his own, signature chipotle barbecue sauce. ("Lip-smacking good.") He also prepares Fork-tender Pulled Pork and Award-winning Texas-style Chili.

You will love his traditional tamales as well as his famous Chicken-fried chicken. and Chicken-Fried Steak with real country gravy, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and Seasoned Green Bean Casserole He also serves-up a wonderful Chicken Enchilada Casserole that is "out of this world" accompanied by World-class Mexican rice and Frijoles a la Charra...simply the best!
